Baby Davyn | Johannesburg Newborn Baby Photographer

This is the first time I have done a newborn session when the baby is already 3 months old.    Davyn and his sister Shayna were born at 25 weeks and both fought very hard for their lives.   Unfortunately Baby Shayna lost her battle while Davyn fought on and survived.   You can read more about their story on their facebook  page here.      Davyn’s parents through out their pain made sure that we all knew what was happening at every stage of their battle, for that we really thank them.  The whole family has been incredibly brave throughout the whole ordeal.

Anyway, without further ado, I introduce you to Dav’s – a real little trooper who slept for the first 2 minutes of his session, but then what did we do?  we dared take his clothes off and he didn’t like that one little bit – even with the heaters going and comfy bean bag, he disliked it intensely and made sure we knew about it.  Still, we did get beautiful shots of our courageous little guy, even if it was to his utmost disgust 🙂
